I've tried many stores in SF and around the Bay Area and cannot find them anywhere. I've heard people mention that they are/were available at Tower, but Tower have always told me that they can't get them. I'm looking for one of each, and I am willing (of course) to pay for postage and any other costs incurred. I'd really appreciate if someone can help me out, it took me years to get all the early stuff on vinyl, and a lot of is used and nowhere near prime condition. Anyway all my vinyl is 6500 miles away, but that's another story. Thanks -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Louis A. Nash and I also share a friend in common, his current partner in the Toronto performing band Psychedelitron, Brett Maraldo. I can confirm, via a recent chat with Brett, what Terry has said, and I am eagerly awaiting the reissue of "Black Noise." I will confess, however, that I have always thought FM did better without Nash and Nash did better without FM. I prefer Nash's solo stuff and the FM albums he doesn't play on (especially "Surveillance" and "City of Fear," which featured Ben Mink, who is best known as (a) the violinist on "Losing It" from Rush's "Signals" album and (b) as kd lang's current bandleader) to "Black Noise" or the other two albums Nash did with them. But I won't argue with any of this stuff being out on CD. BTW, when did Martin Shaw ever do anything with FM? I don't recall him being credited on any of their LPs. I can't reamember the name at the moment. It really surprized me because this store doesn't carry much in the way of imports. I didn't get it because I'm saving up my money to take my trip to Europe. I know that I'm going to England, the rest is still up in the air. As far as I know I'm leaving in very early Jan. I only wish that Numan were touring now. ' I can be mailed at the above address or at; KING1@GENIE.GEIS.COM thanks much shaneKing ------------------------------ End of Gary Numan Digest ******************************
