Beryl Webb of the UK Gary Numan Fan Club called my brother and said that NUMA will not be pressing a new run of Berserker CDs afterall. This will be very frustrating news to those of you who missed out on it in 1992. Unless NUMA change their mind the only hope would seem to be an independent re-issue label picking up the rights and putting it out. Receiver Records UK have licensed 45 songs from the NUMA catalogue and were planning to put out a 3 disc set. If that still happens I think we'll see a lot of Berserker included. I've heard nothing about this set since it was mentioned in the UKGNFC newsletter at the end of last year. I don't know if the decision is due to lack of perceived demand or because of Gary's new record deal. I should get my ass in gear and call Beryl to find out details. Also appeared on the UK cassette of Strange Charm around the same time. -Jo The Waiter: appeared first on the Tubeway Army LP. An excellent track that I find rather comprehensible. -We Have A Technical: An unreleased track from the Replicas sessions that eventually was released in 1985 on the Unreleased Recordings volume 2 EP. I agree, the song is superb and if it has been put on Replicas instead of "I Nearly Married A Human," it would have made Replicas even *gasp* better. Me!
