Gary Numan Digest Sun, 3 Nov 96 Volume 1 : Issue 276 Today's Topics: Older Replicants? Trivial questions ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Date: 31 Oct 96 14:58:45 EST From: Nigel Day <100675.1253@CompuServe.COM> Subject: Older To: numan Just writing to say I agree wholeheartedly with whoever it was who wrote in to praise the George Michael album. It is amazing to think that this is the same bloke who wrote those immortal lines "Wham Bam I am a man! " The whole album reeks of maturity, class and very very good songwriting. As wonderful as our Mr Numan is there is no way that he will ever attain the heights of "You Have Been Loved" or the title track. I daresay that the supercilious arty-types amongst us will be shaking their heads and clutching their Dome albums to their chests, but that's their loss. The question, again, is: What is the musical connection between Gary Numan and Star Trek: The Next Generation. This is a question that lives up to the word "trivia". :-) /--------------------------------------------------------- / Joey Lindstrom numanoid@netway.ab.ca lindstrj@cadvision.com / http://www.netway.ab.ca/worldwidewebb/ / "There's a reason 'Wheel Of Fortune' is on right after 'Jeopardy'.
