My son, David Joseph Tolva, was born March 1 at 2:22 am. Mother and baby Numanoid are doing fine and will be coming home from the hospital soon. I will not be offended if anyone refers to him as "Machman Jr." I knew I could work in the birth of my son as a Numan related news item :-))) Jeff Tolva (The Machman) ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 27 Feb 1997 17:24:49 -0500 (EST) From: TELEKON@aol.com Subject: Gary Numan Digest V1 #309 To: numan@cs.uwp.edu Perhaps you should swap it for a good spell checker?? :-) Only joking Remind me to smile Gary ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 1 Mar 1997 20:23:56 -0500 From: Sean Francis Subject: Numan on the Radio ! To: Numan Digest Fellow Fans, Greetings from Houston. As some of you may know I recently left the UK (for good) and have moved to sunny (oh, and humid) Houston. I know you're all fascinated by this fact I'm sure ;-). Anyway, the cool radio station here in Houston is called 107.5 The Buzz. This station regularly plays DITP by Foo Fighters, but rarely mentions who wrote it. Booo ! However, they have started to play "Cars" fairly regularly now aswell. Hurray ! It's a trip driving around listening to Numan on American radio. Very cool. Question, can you use the words "country " and "music" in the same sentence ? I'm confused ! Now where did I put that twangy guitar Later, Sean. PS. Business email address change. It's now seanf@dci-ltd.com. My CompuServe address stays the same (100557.3713@compuserve.com). ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 27 Feb 1997 07:59:15 -0800 From: alexander way Subject: yanking on the "exile" chain To: numan@cs.uwp.edu hello. i am a yank and i would be interested to hear "exile." sincerely, alexander way ------------------------------ End of Gary Numan Digest ******************************
