This is a message from WembleyTV to all fans who have been trying to log on to watch the Gary Numan webcast. Firstly, may we offer our sincere apologies for anyone who has so far been unable to watch the webcast. We have experienced some delays, for reasons beyond our control, but would like to assure you that the full concert footage will be available free of charge to everyone connecting at 28 kbps, 56kbps and 128 kbps from 6.00 pm GMT on Thursday 22nd February onwards. We are sorry that this later webcast date was not highlighted on our site over the weekend. The concert is available now, however, as advertised, to anyone who has purchased a pay-per-view licence to watch at the broadband connection speed of 300 kbps, which also includes WembleyTV's exclusive interview with Gary. If you are experiencing any difficulties (such as sound only) when connecting to the broadband 300 kbps stream, may we ask you to check the following ; 1) Have you purchased a viewing licence from our secure payment facility at WembleyTV.com 2) Do you have the right cable modem or DSL connection to the Internet i.e. 300 kbps or above. If you have just a standard dial-up connection, you will not be able to watch the broadband version of the webcast properly 3) Do you have the latest version of Windows Media Player ; this should be version 7 and is available free of charge at http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/Downloads/Contents/Products/MediaPlayer .. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONCERT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT WEMBLEYTV.COM FOR A NUMBER OF WEEKS - so rest assured, you will have ample opportunity to watch the gig! If you do experience any further problems, please email info@wembleytv.com Thanks and enjoy the gig! ................... Proudly running OS/2 for Over 8 years!
