Hello all, This email is to state that I am very glad to be able to go to more than one Numan show! I am planning on being at both of the Ohio gigs, as well as the Chicago gig the 28th, which I plan on trying to have a preshow get together for.. Also, I am very glad to say that I will/should be taking 5 other people with me to the Cincy show on the 27th!!! IF!!!!! It has not been canceled. I went to www.bogarts.com web site, where the show was to be, and there he was on their calander just a couple days ago, then last night, whamo, he is no longer on their events calander! ARGH!! I HOPE it has not been canceled. Also, a friend of ours that lives in Cincinatti was here visiting last night. Went online to show here some Numan picks, and played some old and new Numan for her, (she will be going to the Cincy show with us). At any rate, Walking With Shadows came on, and she said "I've heard this! They play this at a club I go to!" Then she said the same when Rip came on.! Ah yes, just really enjoy hearing when other people say they have heard Numan somewhere! Has anyone got any info on this LP by Gary's original >touring band, and has anyone any info on the orginal members... Colin Hi. I got a copy of this cd. It almosyt a bootleg. The sound quality os terrible, as is the artwork. The only track gary appears on is Love Needs No Disguise which sounds horrible, especially when you have the remastered version on Premier Hits to listen to. For severe completetists only. The cd is called Tubeway Army featuring Gary Numan "The Dramatis Project" label is Dressed to Kill Distributed by BMG in the UK only. catalog # METRO 457 www.dressed2kill.co.uk Rod Los Angeles, CA ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 26 Feb 2001 11:14:07 From: "William Wilson" Subject: for future reference Hi! For future reference, the Dramatis album, was released here in the U.K. last year on cd,but it was under the guise of "Gary Numan/Tubeway army, the Dramatis Project" Rather cheeky I Thought, but the quality of the disk is good and the cover art(with a cardboard slip sleave) is vety, very poor.Plus it was quite expensive for a rerelease with NO extra track,£15.99 Hope this helps William Wilson (Glasgow Crazie!) visit my homepage of EXCLUSIVE!! live pictures Of the Glasgow Pure gig at http://homepages.go.com/~glasgow_crazie/index.html _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com ------------------------------ End numan@garynumanfan.nu Digest (02/26/2001 18:01) --------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------- T H E G A R Y N U M A N D I G E S T is produced, moderated, and distributed by Derek Langsford, Dave Datta, and Joey Lindstrom dlangs@sunstroke.sdsu.edu, datta@cs.uwp.edu, Joey@GaryNumanFan.NU ------------------------------------------------------------------- To reply to the messages in this list, email: numan@GaryNumanFan.NU If you want to be removed, or someone wants to be added, email: listserv@GaryNumanFan.NU and include this line as the first line of your message body: SUBSCRIBE numan@garynumanfan.nu (email address) or UNSUBSCRIBE numan@garynumanfan.nu (email address) (email address is optional but useful if you have multiple addresses) If you want to switch between receiving Digests or individual posts, again send to listserv@GaryNumanFan.NU and include either of these in your message body: NORMAL numan@garynumanfan.nu or DIGEST numan@garynumanfan.nu ------------------------------------------------------------------ Please note: this mailing list is configured to automatically unsubscribe you if mail to your mailbox goes undeliverable for any reason.
