Late review of London gig.
Fantastic concert, fantastic atmoshphere, fantastic sound (!!!), fantastic
crowd, fantastic choice of songs.
The whole concert was simply perfect.
I noted following:
1. The songs from Pure get better and better every time I hear them live;
2. The venues start to really fill up again for a Numan concert;
3. I see more and more 'youngsters' show up;
4. I still love to hear AFE & Cars live;
5. Not one single track of "Exile", which I only noticed after the concert
(I didn't really miss it during the show).
6. The CD catalogue is a brilliant idea!!!
I brought along 3 friends who never saw a Numan gig before, and they were
very enthousiastic after the show.
So, there's still hope for the future!

Hey Noomanoidz,
Those of you who own the Replicas Rubato CD by Terre Thaemlitz.
Have you heard what happens when you let it play for like, 15 minutes after
the "last" listed track?
You get a funky electronic version of DITP!
Sneaky.

Hello Fellow Numan Fans,
An incredible amount of activity is taking place at The Church Of Gary Numan.
I think this has become a part-time job for me!
First of all, I was asked to do an interview on April 29 at 7PM EST for
detroitmusic.com. This will take place at
http://www.detroitmusic.com/outsight/orh.shtml.
Secondly, Mark Hubbard has won another Church Of Gary Numan tribute CD for
his contribution to Jim Napier's tour page. Mark has offered information
about the pre-concert get-together at the House Of Blues. Well done Mark.
Your CD is in the mail.
Thirdly, Gary Numan will participate in a live web chat on Dotmusic.com this
Friday, March 2, at 1pm (UK time), which is 8AM here in the States, EST.
8AM!? Go to http://www.dotmusic.com/news/February2001/news18260.asp for more
information.
And last but not least, I am planning to help Tony Renner (Music Chief
Executive, KDHX 88.1 FM in St. Louis) organize a Gary Numan day on the radio!
I will be shipping dozens of free CDs for him to give away live on the radio.
More details will be found at www.churchofgarynuman.com soon.
Take care all. Hope to meet you on the tour.
