I am looking for something = > like how he extended the "we take mystery to bed 12 inch. It has more = > lyrics and more music. did any of these other songs come out like this? Not of those three. The standard versions are all I have heard, and certainly all that were released in 1980. There weren't even 12" singles of those songs, like there had been with DITP, AFE, Cars and Complex - all of which were issued on 12" vinyl but were the same as the 7" versions. (Tjough Complex had Me, I Disconnect From You live and DITP had i nearly married a human 2 as bonus tracks, which at the time were rare as rocking horse poo. (DIPT 12" was a £25 collectors item even in 1980, Complex 12" by 1980 would have cost at least £12 in a collectors record outlet - even Cars and AFE, though they had NOTHING on them that was anything different from the 7" version, were going for £10 each. This was in the days when a brand new 12" single cost £1.99) > also, does anyone know where I can find a cd of the berserker album = > that is on the NUMA label? got have it!! No idea where you could get that. Was it even released on Numa on CD? I am glad all the American Digesters are enjoying the tour. My girlfriend lives in New York and she attended the show there and loved it. It was her first encounter with Numan (she hadn't heard of him before she met me, but Exile hooked her in). I am happy to say she has got me a t-shirt :D but failed - FAILED I SAY - to grab me a Dawn comic which she said they were selling. I have hunted around the UK for this comic and never figured on asking her to look out for it. Ah, well. Was the original (not the one on Strange Charm) single/12" version of the original New thing from London Town ever released on any CD or CD compilation? I think it is/was, and I'm pretty sure I must have it somewhere, but before looking through my pile of Numan CDs CDsingles & compilations, though maybe someone knows this by hart...? As far as I know the place the original 12" version is available is the US 2 CD set 'Remodulate: The Numa Chronicles' on Cleopatra. It was (at the time at least) the first appearance of this track on cd. Very unlikely. Wasn't RMTS a freeby 7" with an album, or something? I really don't think it was a single in its own right. CD of Berserker. Most Berserker CDs turn out to be extended versions, and not the original length songs. Agreed. But I think it sums me up perfectly! If the word NUMAN is in it, I'm interested! If NUMAN wrote it, I love it. I'm switched on by NUMAN. So I happily call myself a Numanoid.
