They charge for their tones....but pay licencing fees to get the rights to all of the stuff they have available. And you should be able to get them in Belgium...I received mine in California. I remember reading that the sampling on the Basement Jaxx track was credited, and that it included 'My Wreckage', but was wondering if this was just on the 'Soundtrack' album, like 'Dark' was on the original German tombraider (am I wrong about that?) or whether it was actually on the film.
