We'll be playing the usual 80's new wave, with Gary Numan of course in the playlist. The club is at 69 Dean St, Soho, London, W1. www.electricdreamsclub.com Have a great 2002, DJ Valeriun ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 31 Dec 2001 15:42:11 -0500 From: Michael Tressler Subject: Top Ten (plus some) lists Reading other members' lists makes me painfully aware just how "mainstream" (with the exception of Gary Numan) are my preferences for music. But at least it shows that Numan fans can also be fans of just about any other musical genre. My wife and I have been listening to the country music radio stations while in our cars (country music being a little easier on our kids' ears) and even much of that is enjoyable. So, since I asked the question originally, and for what they're worth, here are the lists, which could have easily been 20 or more since Gary's not on them... 90's albums Van Halen: For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge Joe Satriani: The Extremist Eric Johnson: Ah Via Musicom Collective Soul Collective Soul: Dosage Creed: My Own Prison Enya: Shepherd Moons Aldo Nova: Nova's Dream Goo Goo Dolls: A Boy Named Goo Live: Throwing Copper Alanis Morissette: Jagged Little Pill Hootie & The Blowfish: Cracked Rear View Gin Blossoms: New Miserable Experience Cardigans: First Band On The Moon Van Halen: Balance 80's Albums Van Halen: 1984 (and any other 80's VH) Joe Satriani: Flying In A Blue Dream A Flock Of Seagulls The Fixx: Shuttered Room Billy Idol: Rebel Yell Enya: Watermark Duran Duran David Lee Roth: Skyscraper Sammy Hagar: I Never Said Goodbye Queensryche: Operation Mindcrime Genesis The Outfield: Voices of Babylon Huey Lewis & The News: Sports Metallica: And Justice For All ZZ Top: Eliminator Def Leppard: Hysteria 70's Van Halen Van Halen II KISS KISS: Destroyer Blondie: Parallel Lines Blondie: Eat To The Beat The Cars The Cars: Candy-O Boston Pink Floyd: The Wall Happy '02 again to everyone.
