And I think "I Can't Stop" would rank even BELOW >"Emotion" on a fans poll - it's an incredibly annoying song. Whenever >I hear "I can't stop it... I can't stop it again...", the phrase "yeah, >but *I* can" jumps immediately to mind, and I hit "next" on my player. > Hello everyone. Re Joey's comments re the above. I happen to think that I Can't Stop is an excellent song with a very poppy and infectious rhythm track with the programmed drums & bass or whatever. I wish we could've heard more of the backing track too... You're maybe confusing it with the 'live' version. And it has an excellent guitar break courtesy of Rrussell Bell !!! And Gary gets to sing; "I'm back and I'm proven. I'm back and I'm strong" !!! As for Emotion, what does Gary sing/shout??? 'Special'??? I can't make it out. But the video is good (to laugh at). :-) Sorry, Gary. You've admitted yourself that they're embarrassing. Pity it couldn't have been more like the stunning Machine & Soul. Wonderful performance and thanks to Tracey for getting it produced for practically nothing when it looks stunning. It even leaves the viewer breathless!!! Hello All! Most of us know that Late Night TV host Conan O'Brien once stated on VH-1 that "Cars" was one of his all-time favorite songs. I think we should all email the show and maybe, just quite possibly, Numan could be booked on the show during his next North American tour. After all, O'brien DOES like Numan. Go to this address, scroll down and choosethe obvious show. _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 10 Feb 2002 15:11:38 -0500 From: "Ken Bryant" Subject: Lets Get Numan On Late Night with Conan O'Brien!
