Nah..... > Sure... get Kipper and Mick Karn together! The project would end up as Numan's best material ever -right? Get real. We like what Gary does because Gary does it. I believe history proves that Gary works best under pressure anyway. He'll figure it out. Keep the change. Troy L. Surely comments like ' has he ever thought of = using a guitar to write songs on ' and ' use a little flesh (a band) to = thrash out the arrangements, well I feel...I feel I get gradually more = pissed off at fans having ago at an artist that lets us in on his = everyday life, every move, practically gives us a run down of his = movements on update lines each month. I realise these are only UK = lines, but there are some excellent websites i.e. AFE or N.A.Gary Numan = Fan Club site plus Dead Heaven, who all flag up to date news, amongst = other things, so I would imagine the content of the UK lines get = through. What I'm trying to say is maybe Gary lets us all to close, = should be like a proper rockstar with a band and his Les Paul Gold top, = disappearing for months on end between albums. We are, if not the only, = fan base allowed to hear the albums, track by track, built from scratch. = Gary obviously knows the risk of this, but puts that aside. Basically = we can hear a completed album before buying it. Risky business, or = honesty. A man would rather put his head on the block so fans can have a = chew over weather or not too buy the forthcoming album. I bet Gary's = bank manager loves that risk free offer to fans who will still have a = pop at one thing or another. I recall the first part of his problems = began whilst trying to produce something that is for our benefit... DVD, = still new at Gary's level of production, will bring us even more media = to see our hero. He's always trying to think of ways of keeping our = interest, i.e. CD Programmes, 100 times better and more personal than = the good old booklet type, but another example of a service offered to = us that need not have been. I'm sorry for moaning, I'm normally quite = and keep my opinions to myself. I'm not really having a go at anyone = comment, rather the amount of them we hear and have heard during the = last 24 years or so. I think what I'm trying to get at is, nothing last forever, but is worth = doing while you still enjoy it. It will be a sad day for us all when = Gary decides to knock it all on the head. Nit-Picking his every action = will one day boil him over and leave him feeling, is it worth the = bother. We all know it's the bad or rude or hurting comments you = remember more than the good, that's life. So just this once instead of = telling Gary that he needs to hire a band, unless you got one that will = work for free, and he should write with guitar instead of using = computers etc., lets see who can be first to post a message of = encouragement for a change. Lets get behind the man who has forever = seemed to suffer one way or another, to keep us all connected and = interested. =20 You can all wake up now. We should be channelling our efforts into how = we will get Beggars B into releasing the last two studio albums sooner = rather than later. Any suggestions, maybe a poll of some sort, = estimated pre order to show if it's in their interests or not, I'm sure = it will be. Let our voices and thoughts be known. Sounds like that the = reason for the delay is their fear of low sales. Well everyone should = send them an email everyday requesting the albums we need to complete = the sets we bought from them in good faith in the past.....Come on. What = can we do..
