Over all its a good Curriculum Vitae of the last 25 years but, a remix of a prayer for the unborn is top draw stuff. It goes on and on for about eight mins it is a cracking track. --------------------------------- Do You Yahoo!? LAUNCH - Your Yahoo! LAUNCH - Your Yahoo! I'm looking forward to the extended mix of Warriors. And the 3 (?) new tracks. I agree - the Prayer for the Unborn remix is amazing - it was on the Pure Tour Edition. It's not often I find a remix listenable, let alone exciting. The rhythm and the layering of sound is stunning. I even had my friend who is a music major walk me through how it was done - it's not as complicated as it sounds, but that's not an insult. When I was doing the Cleo remasters Gary told me he didn't like any remixes of his songs, but even he must have liked that one, since he put it on the Pure re-issue. I heard Gary was doing an interview for Karrang "backstage", before he came out, which was around 1715 I think, to a pretty major photocall. When I arrived around 1645 they were playing the RIP video on the in-store video screens and also puming out tracks from Exposure... though they seemed to find it hard to get beyond Cars, AFE and IDYD! They also played Sugarbabes and Metel/Fragile and My Jesus so it wasn't all bad! Got my pics and was out by 1730 so don't know how it progressed beyond then. The first guy up had a guitar which he had Gary sign... QUESTION - is the second guy up (dark blond(ish) guy in white Numa T), on this digest? _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 22 May 2002 22:22:20 +0000 (US/Eastern) From: machman@netdirect.net Subject: Exposure I went online to Amazon.co.uk to buy the exposure CD to help in some way with it's first week success. However, their site said that it would be put on order. Not sure if I should try to purchase through someone else in the UK. What are the impressions of my fellow listers? Also, anyone taking preorders for the RIP single?
