There are two issues - region coding and PAL/NTSC formating. There are a handful of DVD players that will play disks from any region and a few more than can be hacked to have this capability. A few also have built in PAL to NTSC and NTSC to PAL converters, as do some televisions. If you happen to have the correct set up or, more likely, went out of your way to insure you have it, you can play any DVD from anywhere. But most of us are stuck with the standard region and format for our area. Hi Guys

My artical for the Portsmouth Evening News went down well with my mates and all the people that know me but my wife was the only person who got the hump over it and gave me a bad time over it.
