I simply thought you were stating your opinion. Lately, it seems so very easy to offend others, and be offened, as we all try to walk the very sharp edge of political correctness. In a forum like this, as long as it is Numan related, and we are not outright slamming someone else, I find it hard to see how something someone says about Gary could be perceived as anything other than their opinion, and that is good. IF, we all felt the same way, and all like the same songs, and agreed on everything, then there would not be much need for this forum at all. Nothing to discuss, since we would all feel the same way. . . . . At least, that is MY opinion. A common interest usually brings people together, but it is usually the differences' and discovery of one another that keep them interested in one another. I put on I, Assassin this week for the first time in a few years and was pleasantly surprised by how good it sounded. Made me look forward even more to the remaster in December. Outland didn't fair so well though :-) Derek ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 25 Sep 2002 08:59:33 -0500 From: "Troy L. Walters" Subject: Challenge met - I hope Hello all, I have posted Bleed IDGAF Edit as requested by Keith Thripp. I apologize in advance for the hoops you have to jump through to get to this file. Let me explain why I did it this way... I have posted the link through NumanMe's Forum. I think Richard Churchward has done a great job with his forum, so I'm trying to help increase his site traffic. You do NOT have to join his forum to gain access - but it would be nice. So, go here: http://www.numanme.dingojunction.com/Snitz/default.asp and click on The Mix Room You'll find the Bleed IDGAF Edit topic listed. There is a link there to a page that links to the track. Though I have no trouble streaming the wma file with my system through WinAmp, I can not say that is so for your particular set-up. I recommend you download the linked file and play it with whatever player you use to listen to wma files. Be advised: the file is about 2-1/2 megs and the song is about 9-1/2 minutes long. Thanks for all the input. It's been all positive... so far. This may well put an end to my remixing days. :-) Take care all, Troy L.
