The singer was Mike Walsh from Manchester who was my best mate in school (and the only other Numan fan in our school between '79 and '83). He is still a Numan fan but sadly Yangste Tong are no more. Their cover was MP3 only and was downloadable from thier site, which is gone. The other songs they had posted there were original songs. I haven't heard from Mike since he told me about the site and hav no other details about the band other than they were a two man electronic band based in Sweeden or Switzerland (i need to do do something about my memory!) and were pretty good. Joey's absolutely correct. What would REALLY be great would be if someone could load up a web site with these covers as MP3's or similar files, then we could listen and vote for the ones like. Someone out there willing to accept this challenge? Cheers!
