I recently bought a Palm m130 color PDA, my old m100 finally gave up the ghost after two years of dedicated service and constant use. Anyhoo, I = had a program called FireViewer that allows you to load up digital pictures = or videos. As my old PDA only had 8MB memory, I had one short video of a = 747 landing on it. However, as my new m130 has an expansion slot, which I filled with a 64MB SD card, I had some room to mess around. So I was hunting on my harddrive for .MOV and .AVI files, and I realized I had several short Numan vids from Rep-TV (Replicant's Room), so I used = FirePad to convert them over to a .PDA file and viola...they worked! Now don't get too excited, for one there is no audio. Second, the = quality is kinda low, only 12 frames per second, and sometimes lower as there is = a 7MB cap per file and even a 30-second clip fills that rather quickly = (unless you go for b/w, which defeats the purpose unless you like Gary in gray tones). Stil, it does take me back to see Gary doing 'Cars' from 1979 = on my little Palm Pilot. If anyone has some interesting Numan videos in .AVI or .MOV format = (.MPGs not supported, unfortunately), please let me know. You can also = download a trial version of the FireViewer package (http://www.firepad.com/products/buy/download_fvsuite.shtml) if you own = a PDA and want to mess with it yourself. Also, you don't have to restrict yourself to Numan videos, I have a clip from the AKC on the gait of the = West Highlander White Terrier (I own a Westie), as well as some cool short airplane clips (of the SR-71 Blackbird and the F-117 Stealth Fighter). However, the one I like the most is of a wheelie by Max Biaggi, a pro motorcycle racer, where he has his bike over 90 degrees up (basically, = it is past being straight up and heading toward flipping over backwards), when = he is able to bring it back down by smashing the rear brake. Anyone into motorcycling would be truly amazed! Merry Christmas! Hi Mike

I got a Sony Clie' PEG NX70V for = Christmas and am=20 afraid that it does entirely too much!  Do you know what Palms are=20 compatible with the fire thingy that you wrote about below?

Howdy=20 All!

I recently bought a Palm m130 color PDA, my old m100 finally = gave up=20 the
ghost after two years of dedicated service and constant = use. =20 Anyhoo, I had
a program called FireViewer that allows you to load up = digital=20 pictures or
videos.  As my old PDA only had 8MB memory, I had = one short=20 video of a 747
landing on it.  However, as my new m130 has an = expansion=20 slot, which I
filled with a 64MB SD card, I had some room to mess=20 around.  So I was
hunting on my harddrive for .MOV and .AVI = files, and I=20 realized I had
several short Numan vids from Rep-TV (Replicant's = Room), so I=20 used FirePad
to convert them over to a .PDA file and viola...they=20 worked!

Now don't get too excited, for one there is no = audio. =20 Second, the quality
is kinda low, only 12 frames per second, and = sometimes=20 lower as there is a
7MB cap per file and even a 30-second clip fills = that=20 rather quickly (unless
you go for b/w, which defeats the purpose = unless you=20 like Gary in gray
tones).  Stil, it does take me back to see = Gary doing=20 'Cars' from 1979 on my
little Palm Pilot.

If anyone has some=20 interesting Numan videos in .AVI or .MOV format (.MPGs
not supported, = unfortunately), please let me know.  You can also download = a

(
